Product Development and Marketing Team
AppraisalEditor™ LLC developed this suite of 27 real estate appraisal-related software products into four product packages under the direction of James D. Kramer, MAI, REALTOR. Jim is an independent fee, commercial, real estate appraiser employed as a principal with the commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm Kramer Appraisal and Consulting LLC.  Jim has experienced over 40 years of continuous service as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul, MN market area having obtained his MAI designation in November 1972.  Jim was one of the original founders of Real Estate Graphics, Inc. in 1976 remaining active in the business to this date.

Real Estate Graphics®, Inc. has the primary responsibility as exclusive distributor in the marketing of the following new and exciting real estate appraisal related software products developed by AppraisalEditor™ LLC. Real Estate Graphics®, Inc. has marketed products including “Rub On” Graphics, forms, books and report supplies to real estate professionals for over 30 years and will now be extending that same courteous and prompt service in the marketing of these products exclusively developed by AppraisalEditor™ LLC.

 

 

Product Overview
AppraisalEditor™ LLC offers four commercial real estate appraisal CD-ROM installed software packages that offer a variety of commercial real estate narrative appraisal, evaluation and consulting report options.  This software is programmed in easy-to-use Microsoft® XP Professional Word & Excel.  Narrative packages also include Cover and Addenda Exhibit templates for easy preparation of custom report covers, photograph presentation, and basic report exhibits.  Narrative report options include quick-entry fastFILL™ “TAB-click” formats, as well as standard WORD.doc formats.  All are designed to facilitate use of the copy, paste and delete functions allowing you to continue to create your own independent Appraisal, Evaluation and Consulting Narrative Reports.

Product 2300:  Commercial Real Estate Narrative Appraisal Report Package includes 2 fastFILL™ report options; 7 WORD.doc report options; The Market Data Analyzer™ featuring report-ready comparable land, building and rental forms designed to both improve report presentation along with providing essential information; three market-related valuation spreadsheets and property inspection & report write-up forms designed to facilitate the time-consuming land and building property inspection procedure and subsequent report write-up process.

Product 2400:  Eminent Domain Narrative Appraisal Report Package includes 6 WORD.doc narrative report options; The Market Data Analyzer™; three market-related valuation spreadsheets.

Product 2500:  Banking System Narrative Report Package includes 6 WORD.doc narrative evaluation report options; The Market Data Analyzer™; three market-related valuation spreadsheets.

Product 2075:  Cost Approach to Value Module – Calculator Method includes Narrative text and input menu-driven MS Excel software that generates a 5-page, report-ready output. This AE Cost Approach to Value is a custom application of the Marshall Valuation Service® Calculator Cost Method using M.V.S as the primary source of cost data.  This cost approach incorporates simple entry menus to generate detailed spreadsheets that analyze: improvement replacement/ reproduction cost, appropriate unit areas, actual and effective ages, original life expectancies, age/life depreciation, functional & external obsolescence, indirect cost, marketing & leasing cost, and profit.
