Product 2400: Eminent Domain Narrative Appraisal Report Package includes 6 WORD.doc narrative report options; The Market Data Analyzer™; three market-related valuation spreadsheets. Product 2500: Banking System Narrative Report Package includes 6 WORD.doc narrative evaluation report options; The Market Data Analyzer™; three market-related valuation spreadsheets. Product 2075: Cost Approach to Value Module – Calculator Method includes Narrative text and input menu-driven MS Excel software that generates a 5-page, report-ready output. This AE Cost Approach to Value is a custom application of the Marshall Valuation Service® Calculator Cost Method using M.V.S as the primary source of cost data.
